Living Area Refurb Comber

We recently completed a 2 room refurbishment in Comber which entailed a full roof reconstruction, new steel beams added to reinforce the new roof, new insulation and a new roof membrane.

Both rooms were stripped back to the original brickwork, fully rewired and then fully rendered and skimmed out, with new Oak bi-fold doors supplied and fitted to the lounge.

This project turned a dated space into 2 modern, light-filled areas with a brand-new flat roof and skylight windows.

Key works included:

• New led ambient lighting cornices added to both rooms 

• Replastered and freshly painted throughout

• New Radiators plumbed in for efficient heating

• Stylish new flooring laid

• Sleek bifold doors supplied and fitted

The result is a bright, contemporary living space with clean lines and modern finishes.
